  • Assisted a Japanese agency in preparing a feasibility study on a major port in Cambodia, covering different areas such as the form of the concession, governance of the operator, participation of the private entity in the port operation, etc.
  • Advised concessionaires on the impacts of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships on their concessions granted prior to the law’s entry into force.
  • Advised a Chinese lender in relation to a financing of a major Cambodian conglomerate for the development of a tourism complex.
  • Advised a Chinese hydropower operator on restructuring its security documents and project documents as part of existing financing.
  • Advised a Singaporean lead arranger in relation to a syndicated Islamic financing of a Cambodian borrower for the construction of a high-power transmission line in Cambodia.
  • Advised a Thai lender in relation to a financing of a major Cambodian beverage company.
  • Advised a Thai lender in relation to syndicated financing of a Cambodian borrower for the construction of mega malls.
